Advanced Structural Design Meets Custom Woodwork

Renovation work included transforming interior spaces with custom-crafted wood elements, a new bar with quartz countertops, an ADA-compliant layout, and the addition of The Copper Room private space. Phase II introduced a redesigned entrance, new seating, and striking architectural details like a 20-foot truss-free, hand-framed roof supported by LVLs. Holtz Builders also expanded the parking lot. Rigorous safety protocols ensured the project was completed while maintaining restaurant operations.

Careful attention was given to wood selection, craftsmanship, and preserving the Del-Bar’s architectural authenticity. When materials fell short, the team sourced cost-effective alternatives without compromising design intent.
