Holtz Builders was established in 1993 by Tom and Marv Holtz. We started our journey in Reedsburg and transitioned to Lake Delton in 2016 to better meet the needs of our customers.
We’re a family-owned general contractor specializing in turnkey commercial projects, multi-family housing, custom residential homes, and exciting tourist attractions. Beyond construction, our organization is deeply rooted in community support, through volunteerism, sponsorships and other philanthropic events.
Our journey to nationwide success began with an opportunity to build a major Wisconsin Dells resort’s employee housing dormitory. This led them to invite us to replicate that success in Pigeon Forge, TN – prompting us to establish an office there and expand our commercial building business. Today, we’re proud to serve customers across multiple states with physical offices in Florida and Missouri. Our hearts set on helping rebuild and expand the flourishing communities that live and work in these tourist cities.
