Holtz Builders successfully delivered the International Residence Hall in Foley, Alabama—an essential housing solution for the region’s rapidly growing tourism workforce. Located near major employers and just eight miles from the Gulf of Mexico, the two-building campus was designed to support cultural exchange participants with safe, efficient, and modern accommodations. Each three-story building features private, fully equipped resident rooms along with communal kitchens, laundry rooms, and recreation spaces that foster community, comfort, and connection. Thoughtful planning and collaboration with designers, owners, and operators ensured the facility met the area’s increasing demand for accessible, high-quality workforce housing.

The IRH Foley campus features two three-story buildings totaling 151 fully equipped units, each designed for comfort, safety, and long-term durability.
