We Invite You to Read a Message From Tom Holtz, Founder of HBI

Dear Holtz Builders’ Valued Customers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Partners, and Employees,

It is with great joy that I share this update on Holtz Builders and our leadership team. Those of you who have heard me talk about our company have heard me discuss the importance of sustainability. Over the last few years we have been executing on a succession plan that ensures the sustainability of our organization by focusing on an expansion & transition of leadership, building a strong multi-generational team, and continuing to forward our values of building strong partnerships and helping communities. Through those efforts we have seen our relationships grow to new states, new industries, and truly amazing projects. We have also had the good fortune of creating development and equity partnerships with long-standing customers as well as a few new organizations both large and small. For all these things I am truly blessed and grateful.

In 2023 I brought on three new partners who held leadership roles for Holtz Builders. Today we are taking the next step by announcing Dan Bullock as CEO, Mark Crowley as Market President for the Midwest, and Rick Rogers as Market President for the South. I will be taking on the role of Chairman of the Board so that I can complete a move away from operational concerns and focus on new business opportunities, new partnerships, and other ventures.

I would also like to congratulate a few others from our leadership team for their advancements and achievements: Adam Kawalec – Director of Real Estate Development and Operations, Mandy Mazzara – Chief Financial Officer, Trina McVicker – Chief Human Resources Officer, and Ruthie Rogers – Vice President of Business Operations. It is humbling to be working alongside this exceptional group and all of our dedicated employees. You are valued and appreciated. Congratulations on the things you have accomplished, and I look forward to celebrating the great things yet to come.
