This letter is intended to recognize the professionalism of the HBI team and to show appreciation for the professional relationship that we developed during the design and
construction of the Progressive Drive Apartments project.

Progressive Drive Apartments is a 64-unit, 3-story wood-framed apartment building located in Lake Delton, Wisconsin. The project was designed by River Valley Architects and constructed by Holiz Builders Inc.

This project, like most over the past few years, battled against significant supply chain and
workforce issues. The HBI team effectively addressed these issues promptly and creatively —
even sometimes sactificially — for the greater good of the project.

It was a pleasure working with project manager Hans Wilkes and the rest of the HBI team. Their attention to detail and their commitment to regular, proactive communication contributed greatly to the success of this project. The detailed weekly updates with project images and the monthly on-site meetings kept the design team informed throughout the construction period.
