Holtz Builders was proud to deliver a targeted small-scale infrastructure enhancement at the International Residence Hall (IRH) for Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. As part of our growing Small Projects Division, this addition involved the design and installation of a dedicated scooter charging station, supporting the growing mobility needs of seasonal and international employees living on-site. This project reflects our commitment to practical, people-focused solutions that enhance day-to-day operations for our partners and their teams.
This project required seamless integration into an active residential campus, prioritizing safety, accessibility, and utility. Our team coordinated closely with operations to ensure minimal disruption to residents while delivering a clean, durable, and easy-to-maintain charging solution that aligned with the existing facility aesthetics.
