Named 2027 Wisconsin TITAN 100 Honoree
for Second Consecutive Year
Holtz Companies is proud to announce that Trina McVicker, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), has been named a 2027 Wisconsin TITAN 100 honoree, marking her second consecutive year receiving this prestigious recognition.
The Wisconsin TITAN 100 program recognizes the state’s top 100 CEOs and C-level executives who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, passion, and a commitment to making a lasting impact on their organizations and communities.
Earning this recognition for a second consecutive year is especially meaningful. Unlike many annual awards, TITAN 100 honorees are not automatically selected for subsequent years. Returning candidates must complete a separate application and undergo another independent judging process, demonstrating continued leadership, accomplishments, and influence.
Trina’s selection for 2027 reflects her ongoing commitment to strengthening the people, culture, and future of Holtz Companies.
Leadership That Makes a Lasting Impact
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Trina plays an important role in supporting the people behind Holtz Companies’ continued growth and success. Her leadership reflects a commitment to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
At Holtz Companies, we believe our greatest strength is our people. Leaders like Trina help bring that belief to life by championing employee development, strengthening workplace culture, and helping position our organization for long-term success.
Her second consecutive TITAN 100 recognition is a testament to the importance of people-focused leadership and the lasting influence it can have across an organization.
A Recognition Earned, Not Renewed
The TITAN 100 program celebrates leaders who continue to raise the bar in their respective industries.
Second-year honorees must demonstrate continued achievements and leadership through a competitive reapplication process reviewed by an independent judging committee. This distinction makes consecutive recognition particularly noteworthy.
After two years of recognition, honorees become eligible to apply for the TITAN 100 Hall of Fame, the program’s highest distinction. Hall of Fame candidates undergo an additional selection process that includes a written application and an interview before a live judging panel.
Trina’s 2027 recognition represents another significant milestone in her leadership journey.
Celebrating Wisconsin’s Business Leaders
The 2027 Wisconsin TITAN 100 honorees represent organizations generating more than $39.4 billion in annual revenue and employing over 41,000 people across the region and beyond.
Trina will be recognized alongside fellow honorees at the 2027 Wisconsin TITAN 100 Awards celebration on January 21, 2027, at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Please join us in congratulating Trina on this well-deserved honor! Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to our people continue to make a meaningful difference throughout Holtz Companies.
We are proud to celebrate this incredible achievement and look forward to the continued impact of her leadership.
