Adam is a skilled professional in the property development and management sector with more than a decade of hands-on involvement in the industry. Born and raised in Burlington, WI, Adam grew up watching his family successfully run their businesses, which sparked his interest. By the age of 15, he became actively involved in the family’s operations, where he developed a strong passion for multi-family development, hospitality, and the financial side of property management. This passion ultimately guided him to pursue and earn a degree in Real Estate and Property Management with an emphasis in construction management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.

From 2014 to 2021, Adam and his father managed a 63-unit condominium association in the Wisconsin Dells, allowing Adam to gain valuable experience in property operations, resident relations, and long-term asset management. In 2022, he transitioned into the role of an Owner’s Representative for Holtz Companies. In his new position as Holtz Builder’s Director of Real Estate Development and Operations, he manages the company’s diverse portfolio of real estate assets.

Adam is steadily expanding his responsibilities within the company’s construction and workforce housing management sectors, where he contributes both strategic and operational oversight. His strong interest in financial management allows him to bring a disciplined, analytical perspective to every project, ensuring both stability and growth for the organization. Beyond his professional focus, Adam values collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement – qualities that drive his work across all areas of the business.
