General Contracting

Honesty. Transparency. Integrity.

If you’ve ever been to Branson, you’ve likely encountered the exhilarating Silver Dollar City theme park. Since obtaining our General Contractors license in Missouri in 2022, Holtz Builders has been captivated by the burgeoning opportunities in the Ozark community. Our journey began with the construction of an International Residence Hall dormitory that comfortably house 306 residents, and we’re currently underway with our second project.

Holtz Builders, Inc. (HBI) stands as a family-owned general contractor specializing in comprehensive commercial project solutions. With three decades of hands-on expertise, HBI excels in multi-family and employee housing, hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, churches, and the specialized realm of tourist attractions like waterparks. We eagerly anticipate collaborating with you on your next commercial construction project.

“Collaboration is key in the construction industry, and I am eager to work with you on your next big project. Let’s build something great together!”
