Weekly progress meetings along with the pre-planning of strategic orders of materials and scheduling of contractors to work around the abnormal weather of this particular project’s timeframe was crucial to it’s overall success.
The changing steel market conditions impacted the availability and timing of the structural steel causing scheduling challenges.
HBI worked closely with the owners to keep the facility fully operational during the build.
