Holtz Builders - Missouri
If you’ve ever been to Branson, you’ve likely encountered the exhilarating Silver Dollar City theme park. Since obtaining our General Contractors license in Missouri in 2022, Holtz Builders has been captivated by the burgeoning opportunities in the Ozark community. Our journey began with the construction of an International Residence Hall dormitory that comfortably house 306 residents, and we’re currently underway with our second project.

Our Award Winning Work
Holtz Builders is proud to have built a multitude of projects that have received regional and national recognition from ABC’s Projects of Distinction.
ABC Projects of Distinction are about recognizing the most impressive construction projects. Entrants do not compete against other contractors, but instead on a point-level basis. The distinct projects were evaluated by 22+ judges who put their architectural, engineering, and construction knowledge to work with a tough set of criteria.
