Great Wolf Lodge - Buckets Restaurant
Case Study
Sq Ft Addition to Restaurant
Sq Ft Addition to Restroom
Months to complete project
Project Scope
Holtz Builders, Inc. installed a tongue and groove wood decking above new wood trusses that framed in the lower false roof overhang of the Bucket’s pool-side eatery to encapsulate the space. New ductwork, plumbing, electrical work, and finishes transformed the eatery into a fresh, modern restaurant that is functional, inviting, and comfortable. This space was organized into a dry goods storage space, a separate food preparation area, a service area, and two new walk-in coolers
This project also involved the renovation of two restroom areas, covering approximately 1,700 square feet. The Holtz Builders Inc. field crew self-performed 43.5% of the labor, including all the rough framing.
