Project Scope
This project was put on hold due to rising construction costs and lead time/procurement, and bonding issues due to covid.
We paused in the Fall of 2020 after project footers, walls, and piers were installed and prior to winter. Large round bails were used for insulation to help reduce the movemen of the concrete. We restarted in April 2021.
COVID prices and lack of work force also created a challenge.
