Rick Rogers
Partner & President South

Rick is a Partner and President of the South Division of Holtz Builders Inc. In 2016, he joined the team in Wisconsin, and in 2020, he made a vital decision to move his family to Tennessee to manage the daily development, operations, and financial aspects of the organization’s projects and services, and soon thereafter have started ventures in new states. He has a wealth of knowledge in construction.

He started his career as a journeyman carpenter with 25 years of hands-on experience, 11 years as a commercial construction superintendent, and more than 15 years in construction management. He holds various OSHA certifications as well as formal supervisory training.

Rick was a military police officer and thought he would hold a career in law enforcement. He took a job in construction for the first time in 1993 and has loved being in the field ever since.

Outside of the office, he enjoys being in the great outdoors; hunting, fishing, camping, and canoeing. He enjoys spending time with his wife and six children.
