Ruthie Rogers
Vice President of Business Operations

Ruthie joined the HBI team in 2018 as a Project Assistant and with energy, enthusiasm, and dedication, she was able to work her way up as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, and into her current position as our HBI-Tennessee Vice President of Business Operations. Ruthie uses her experience in creating positive direction to oversee, plan, and coordinate our operation activities in the HBI organization, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost effective systems to meet current and future needs of the Tennessee team.

Ruthie started her career in a completely different direction, studying Bio-Chemistry/Molecular Biology at University of Wisconsin – Madison when she met and married her husband and was blessed to be a stay at home Mom to their six children. Ruthie has over 15 years of construction experience, with having the opportunity to be involved in some amazing projects from Hospitality, Retail, Institutional, Municipality, and Custom Residential. She has a proven track record of meeting high expectations, managing multiple tasks, and delivering projects on schedule.

When not at work, Ruthie enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors and sitting multiple hours on the sidelines of ball fields and gym courts. Ruthie and her family recently moved to East Tennessee, and she has fallen in love with hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains.
